HOW TO JOIN US
You can e-mail us at phoenixbb@yahoo.com or pop along to the venue and speak to us there.
When do we play?
We play at St James on the Grange on the first, third and fourth Sundays of the month
How much does it cost?
The first session will be free and if you wish to join us fully it is £15 per month payable in advance. We are a non-profit group so this is to cover the cost of hiring the hall itself.
Are you an experienced player or a complete novice?
Either way you will be welcomed into the group. We have players always willing to help you get to grips with the game and help you get as much fun out of it as we do. We have players with multiple teams so there is always a good chance for you to hire out a team until you are ready to commit more.
HISTORY
Established in 2022, we were originally a family of players of mixed age and experience. Looking to find other players we set up at the Geek Retreat in Coventry and from there we have ran the inaugural league with 11 players.
We have a wide variety of ages from 15 to old enough to know better and also a good mix of experienced and novice players.
With more joining us for season two we decided to seek out a bigger venue and have now moved to St James on the Grange.
With more players coming along to join the mayhem that is Bloodbowl we are constantly growing. Now we have two divisions so new players get to play in a more casual league or earn your promotion into the top division where it is no holds barred chaos against some of the best local players. All players are entered into a knockout cup series during the season where players from both divisions can face off against each other with the results skewed in favour of the less experienced players.
We also run a ladder during the season where players can bring any official team or even one from the Fumbbl Secret League to the field.
We are also working alongside The After Hours Hobbyist with a fun Sevens series where winning isn't everything. Check out his channel here to keep up with how we get on
